I learned to truly see through a lens.

For decades, I’ve used a camera to document the fleeting moments of the human experience. My fascination with nostalgia and connection led my artistic focus to document love and family.

Over time, that way of seeing led me toward painting, not away from photography, but deeper into the same questions. How does the world beyond us carry its own history? How does nature record time? What continues quietly, whether we are there to witness it or not?

Photography remains part of my work and my history. It’s a way of seeing that continues to shape everything I make, even as my creative language continues to evolve. Thank you, endlessly, for being along for the ride.
